Using Review Mint

Review Mint lets businesses publish a feedback page and QR code that invites customers to share genuine reviews on Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish.

Genuine reviews only

• You must not use Review Mint to post, buy, incentivise or fabricate reviews.
• You must not filter customers so that only satisfied customers are directed to Google (“review gating”). Every customer sees the same path.
• You must comply with Google's policies for reviews and Business Profiles.

Plans, payments & standees

Plan features and limits are shown in your dashboard. Subscriptions and physical standee orders are independent purchases. Test-mode transactions are clearly labelled and never charge money or create real orders.

AI-assisted drafting

Review options are suggestions written only from the words a customer taps or types. Customers choose, edit and submit their own review; Review Mint never posts on anyone's behalf. The optional spelling check only corrects spelling, grammar and punctuation. Availability depends on our AI provider.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or put customers at risk.
